Small teams have an advantage: they can make a decision and act on it in the same afternoon. The challenge is keeping that speed without letting quality drift.

Make the work visible

A short written brief is usually enough. What are we building, who is it for, and how will we know it works? If those questions cannot be answered, the task is not ready to start.

Keep feedback close

Review early and review often. A rough prototype that people can click is more useful than a polished plan that nobody has tested.

Finish the loop

Deploying is not the finish line. Watch how the change behaves, talk to the people using it, and write down what you learned. Then start the next small loop.
